Shipping carriers

We use DPD and Royal Mail as our standard carriers for all UK orders.

UK Delivery Options

Royal Mail Standard - 2 to 4 Working Days - FREE

Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 to 2 Working Days - £3.40

Next Working Day Royal Mail Guaranteed - £7.50 (if ordered before 1pm)


International Delivery

We currently ship to Europe, North America and Australia, standard and expedited shipping options will be available at checkout.


Dispatch Times

If your order has been accepted, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible Monday to Friday, the same day where possible. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. For any orders placed over the weekend, these will be processed the following Monday.



Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email to the address you entered in your order. This will include your unique tracking number to track your parcel from the courier, if applicable. You can track the progress of your delivery from despatch to delivery.


Return policy

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase for up to 30 days from purchase date.

+ For items purchased on, we offer a full refund (with the exception of gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) if they are returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

To receive your refund for an item that you purchased from within the last 30 days, first contact us at for a refund ID, you will then be directed to ship the item(s) to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit card.
